ASHTANGA FOR BEGINNERS WORKSHOP

This course is open to everyone. Whether you are a newcomer to yoga or just stepping onto the path, this course is designed to introduce you to the foundational aspects of the practice. Guiding you step by step through the initial stages, you will gradually familiarize yourself with the essentials, laying a solid ground for the Mysore classes.

We will go through some of the history and theory followed by asana and breathing technique.

Immersing yourself in this practice not only nurtures your physical well-being but also provides structure and regular space for yourself and your personal growth. Through this movement meditation practice, you will cultivate focus, enhance concentration, and nourish your nervous system, fostering a sense of inner balance and tranquility.
